Are the bishops moving the goal posts?

Over on Swampland.blogs.time.com, Amy Sullivan notes that the U.S. bishops have supported universal health coverage for decades, but in their current positioning on the issue, she says, "the bishops may be moving the goalposts on what they can and cannot accept.

And it's all about financing for abortion.
